1. General Commercial Terms

Welcome to S.S. Trading Company (SSTC). By accessing our website, placing an order, or initiating an enquiry for yarn trading and textile supplies, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Pricing & Market Quotations

• All yarn rates (including Acrylic, Cotton, Blended, Fancy, and TAJ Hand Knitting products) fluctuate in accordance with raw material commodity indices and mill revisions.
• Quotations provided over telephone, WhatsApp, or email are valid for the timeframe specified at the time of quotation.

3. Orders, Dispatch & Logistics

• Wholesale orders are dispatched from our Ludhiana godowns or directly from partner textile mills.
• Freight and transit insurance terms are mutually confirmed at order finalization. Delivery dates are approximate estimates subject to transporter operations.

4. Quality & Shade Matching

While we supply premium grade yarn conforming to agreed count specifications, slight shade and lot variations can naturally occur across separate dye bath batches. Customers are advised to conduct sample test knits prior to bulk processing.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All contracts, commercial transactions, and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
